CEM System Maintenance Services As an option with new CEM System installations, Air Tox offers regular maintenance and an emergency response contract. This feature allows the customer to take full advantage of the expertise of Air Tox personnel in servicing and maintaining the new CEM System. Air Tox personnel perform scheduled monthly and/or quarterly maintenance, and respond to requests for unscheduled service with on-site arrival within 24 hours of notificaton. CEM System maintenance services are also offered to the customer with an existing CEM System. As part of the CEM System Maintenance services, Air Tox personnel troubleshoot, repair, and return monitoring systems to operational status on-site or remotely via modem (with appropriate hardware options). In addition, instrumentation can be shipped to Air Tox overnight for repair. Rental instrumentation is delivered for facility use until completion of the equipment repair.
